VONAER Membership Terms of Service

These Membership Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of VONAER's website, mobile applications, concierge services, membership program, and related services ("Services").

By creating a VONAER Membership account, you agree to these Terms.

You must:

• be at least 18 years old;
• provide accurate information;
• have legal capacity to enter contracts;
• comply with applicable laws.

Corporate memberships may only be created by authorized representatives.

Members agree to:

• keep login credentials secure;
• maintain accurate profile information;
• promptly update any changes;
• notify VONAER of unauthorized account use.

Members are responsible for all activity under their account.

Depending on membership tier, benefits may include:

• Private Jet Charter
• Helicopter Charter
• Premium Chauffeur Service
• Yacht Charter
• Luxury Concierge
• Travel Planning
• Member-only Pricing
• Priority Booking
• Exclusive Invitations
• Future Mobility Services (where available)

Benefits may change without prior notice.

Submitting a booking request does not constitute a confirmed reservation.

Every charter remains subject to:

• aircraft availability;
• operator acceptance;
• airport approvals;
• weather;
• government regulations;
• safety considerations.

A booking becomes binding only after VONAER provides written confirmation.

Displayed prices may be:

• indicative estimates;
• member pricing only;
• subject to repositioning;
• taxes;
• airport fees;
• permits;
• handling charges;
• fuel surcharges;
• operator pricing changes.

Final pricing is confirmed by the VONAER Concierge.

Members agree to pay:

• charter costs;
• concierge fees;
• applicable taxes;
• cancellation fees;
• additional charges arising after booking.

Payment schedules will be provided with each confirmed booking.

Cancellation fees depend on:

• aircraft operator policies;
• timing;
• permits already issued;
• third-party costs.

Some bookings may become non-refundable after confirmation.

Members agree not to:

• misuse the platform;
• submit false requests;
• violate aviation regulations;
• interfere with Services;
• engage in unlawful activities.

VONAER may suspend or terminate membership for violations.

Flights and transportation are performed by independent licensed operators.

VONAER acts as:

• booking facilitator;
• concierge;
• service coordinator.

Operational responsibility remains with the operating carrier.

All charter operations are conducted only by operators meeting VONAER's safety standards.

Operational decisions regarding weather, maintenance, crew duty limits, and aircraft safety remain solely with the operator.

All VONAER branding, software, content, logos, graphics, and intellectual property remain the exclusive property of Moviation Inc.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, VONAER does not guarantee:

• aircraft availability;
• specific operators;
• uninterrupted website availability;
• pricing prior to confirmation.

Services are provided "as available."

Except where prohibited by law, VONAER shall not be liable for:

• indirect damages;
• lost profits;
• travel disruptions;
• operator delays;
• force majeure events.

Liability shall not exceed the amount paid directly to VONAER for the applicable booking.

VONAER may:

• modify membership benefits;
• update pricing;
• introduce new services;
• discontinue services.

Members may close their account at any time.

VONAER may suspend or terminate membership for:

• fraud;
• abuse;
• unlawful conduct;
• breach of these Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea unless otherwise required by mandatory local consumer protection laws.
